December 2016 - Leadership Lake Cumberland Graduate

EHA's Natalie Fudge completed the 2016 Leadership Lake Cumberland Class. Leadership Lake Cumberland is designed to give area professionals a better understanding of the various types of industries in our Lake Cumberland region and the unique issues those industries face. 

June 25 & 26, 2016 - Rotary Ramp Project

EHA Partner and Rotarian Lisa Mullins volunteered with her Somerset-Pulaski Morning Rotary Club to help build a handicap accessible ramp for a Pulaski County resident. 

June 24, 2016 - Relay for Life Torch Ceremony

EHA's David Smith carried the Relay for Life torch 3 miles as the torch made its journey from Lexington to the Center for Rural Development for the annual Real for Life Marathon to benefit the American Cancer Society.

EHA is proud of our own Jordan Polston and Natalie Fudge who volunteered their time to help with the 15th District State Senate Forum hosted by the Young Professionals of Lake Cumberland Group.

January 21, 2016 - Civic Organization of the Year

Congratulations to the Pulaski County Chapter of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, receiving the 2015 Civic Organization of the Year Award at the Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet. EHA Partner Lisa Mullins is pictured fourth from the right, and is serving her third year on the board. 

The Imagination Library provides free high-qualify age appropriate books, one per month, to local children under the age of 5. What a wonderful way these folks have found to serve our community!

January 1, 2016 - 1st Vice President 

EHA Partner Seth Atwell begins his one-year term serving as the 1st Vice President of the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce.

December 2015 - EHA Annual Christmas Project

For our annual Christmas project, the EHA Charity Committee was able to provide 23 local children with Christmas gifts, as well as gifts and a dinner to the family of a young lady who passed away leaving a husband and young daughter behind. Additional funds were donated to Project 58:10. The funds are donated by office staff and that total is then matched by the partners, making this a true office-wide effort. September 27, 2015 - 10-Mile Relay for Africa

Staff Accountant David Smith participated in the 10-Mile Relay for Africa race held in Danville. His team. Bourne to Run, came in 3rd place overall. David is seen here, second from the right. 

August 18, 2015 - Project 58:10

EHA staff Jordan Polston, Tabitha Leach and Natalie Fudge volunteered at First Baptist Church to pack lunch bags for Project 58:10. The bags prepared contain three meals plus snacks that children can eat over the weekend, when they aren't in school receiving daily lunches. 

August 17, 2015 - Rotary Club 'Power of the Hour'

Staff Accountant and Rotarian Angi Brown volunteered her lunch hour today with the Somerset Noon Rotary Club, of which she is a member, to bag apples for God's Food Pantry. The club bagged 40 bushels to be distributed to those in need in our community. Rotary's motto is 'Service Above Self.'

May 13, 2015 - 7th Annual Highway 27 Clean Sweep

Numerous employees and partners of EHA divided up into two teams, a morning shift and an afternoon shift, to participate in the 7th Annual Highway 27 Clean Sweep, donating their time to pick up trash on Tradepark Drive and Bogle Street. 

December 2014 - Firm Holiday Project

For our 2014 holiday project, the firm worked with two local elementary schools, identifying specific children in need of a new pair of shoes. There were one hundred seventy-nine (179) children chosen by the school family resource centers in those elementary schools as being in need. Those children were sized to ensure proper fit, then EHA purchased, gift bagged, and delivered all 179 pair, far exceeding our initial goal of 50.

2014 Sit & Read Auction to benefit Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

Evans, Harville, Atwell & Co is an ardent supporter of the Pulaski County chapter of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, providing books on a monthly basis to local children under the age of five, mailed directly to their home. Partner Lisa Mullins is a board member of the local chapter and two staff members bid on, and won, two of the beautiful chairs at the 2nd Annual Sit & Read Auction held November 6, 2014 to benefit the foundation.
